Overview

Amanda Rudolph advises investment companies, investment advisers and boards of directors on regulatory, governance and compliance matters under the federal securities laws, including the Investment Company Act of 1940 and the Investment Advisers Act of 1940. Her work includes preparing a wide range of regulatory filings and other disclosure documents, advising on compliance and board governance matters, and assisting with fund launches, mergers and acquisitions.

Prior Experience

Prior to joining the firm, Amanda counseled clients in the financial services industry at a global law firm. She also previously served as counsel for an investment management firm.

Personal Interests

In her free time, Amanda enjoys workout classes, baking and spending time with her family.
