Jason Tian gives clients advice for a variety of business transactions while keeping up-to-date knowledge on state and federal corporate regulations for private and public entities.

Prior Experience

Jason most recently served as a summer associate at a law firm in St. Louis where he researched and wrote a memorandum in favor of a new Securities and Exchange Commission rule altering the definition of an accelerated filer. He also served as an intern in the law division at U.S. Bank.

Personal Interests

Jason is an avid golfer and enjoys art history and print making. He is a fan of all things sports in Kansas City.
