Steve has represented buyers and sellers in domestic and international transactions of all sizes – from a million dollars to a several billion dollars. In addition to deal work, Steve has advised clients on day-to-day matters, such as corporate governance and commercial transactions.
Recognizing that clients are busy, Steve strides to give his clients simple and practical advice that can be incorporated into their everyday business practices.
