Drinker Biddle Advises Vanbridge Holdings LLC on Sale of Alan Gray LLC

A Drinker Biddle team led by New York partner Michael Halsband advised Vanbridge Holdings LLC on the sale of Alan Gray LLC, an international claims, audit and risk management advisory firm to Premia Holdings, LLC, the Bermuda based property & casualty insurance and reinsurance run-off group.

The team included Eric Marr, Thomas Gray, Kate Gold, Mona Ghude, Robert Cannuscio and Steven Schwartz.

Alan Gray was established in 1988 as a claims and audit advisory firm, and offers its clients claims administration and audit services, actuarial, underwriting, legal bill auditing, reinsurance collections, and risk management services.

Drinker Biddle also advised Vanbridge on its recent acquisition by EPIC Insurance Brokers and Consultants.
