Jasmin Osman advises public and private corporations on business-critical transactions in addition to keeping clients up-to-date with the latest regulations.

Prior Experience

During law school, Jasmin served as an extern in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and drafted memorandums and orders on intellectual property, contract disputes and habeas corpus. Jasmin also gained experience as a student clinician in Loyola’s business law clinic where she drafted corporate documents for new businesses, assisted not-for-profit businesses on obtaining 501(c)(3) status and counseled small businesses on contract drafting and review.

Personal Interests

Jasmin enjoys cooking and traveling in her free time.
