Faegre Drinker Represents Outdoor Living Supply in Acquisition of Apache Stone

A Faegre Drinker team led by corporate partner Brittney Yocum advised Outdoor Living Supply (OLS), a distribution platform for outdoor living products with a focus on hardscapes, in its acquisition of Apache Stone, a wholly owned subsidiary of Halquist Stone Company.

A cross-office team of attorneys supported Yocum on this deal, including government and regulatory partner Ted Wolff, intellectual property partner Kenneth Dort, corporate associate Jasmin Osman and real estate associate Crystal Thorpe.
