Joshua Lindauer represents a variety of clients in the investment management industry, including registered investment companies and their boards, registered investment advisers, hedge and private equity funds and other alternative investment vehicles.

Josh counsels clients through the registration and formation process, handles various securities filings, and advises on product structuring, offering, governance, reorganizations and compliance. Josh works on various fund types and structures, including open-end and closed-end funds, exchange-traded funds, multi-manager funds, single and multiple series funds, single and multiple class funds, and master-feeder funds. He also has experience counseling insurance company clients in the development and distribution of fixed and variable insurance products.

Prior to joining the firm, Josh was an in-house lawyer at the asset management division of a global bank. He served as a vice president and assistant secretary of the investment companies within the division’s fund complex, and he was the primary attorney responsible for the division’s separately managed accounts program.
