Pro Bono

Jennifer maintains a robust pro bono practice largely focused on appellate work. Among other things, she works with the New Jersey Office of the Public Defender to represent incarcerated defendants on appeal from criminal convictions. She has also worked to submit amicus briefs on behalf of nonprofit groups before New Jersey’s appellate courts. Jennifer’s commitment to pro bono representation is long standing. While in law school, she volunteered as a student attorney in the Center for Social Justice’s Impact Litigation Clinic, where she argued a successful pro bono appeal before the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
