Fred Reish Discusses OMB’s Review of DOL’s Fiduciary Plan With ThinkAdvisor

In “Under DOL Rule’s Shadow, Fiduciary Fight Rages On,” benefits and executive compensation partner Fred Reish spoke to ThinkAdvisor about the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) reviewing the Department of Labor’s new fiduciary rule.

Reish said, “It makes sense for the proposal to be released by the OMB and published in the Federal Register before the next possible government shutdown in mid-November.”
