Bing Wang, Matt Levy and Jenny Yan co-authored an article for Law360, exploring the novel coronavirus' impacts on supply chain health. The article examines force majeure provisions found in contracts between U.S. companies and their Chinese suppliers, which reference "acts of God," "acts of government" or other unforeseen circumstances that prevent the contracts from being fulfilled.
