Corporate partner Josh Colburn joined a panel titled “Public Company Perspectives: Considerations for IPOs and Small Caps” at the SEC’s 45th Annual Small Business Forum to discuss IPOs, public company disclosures, Regulation A, ownership transparency, proxy advisory firms, and more. 

The annual forum brings together members of the public and private sectors to collaborate and provide suggestions to improve policy affecting how entrepreneurs, small businesses, and smaller public companies raise capital from investors.
