Faegre Drinker Advises Cubic Corporation in Approximately $3 Billion Sale to Veritas Capital and Evergreen Coast Capital

Faegre Drinker served as co-counsel to public transportation and defense technology company Cubic Corporation (“Cubic”) in its sale to Veritas Capital and Evergreen Coast Capital Corporation. The transaction closed on May 25, 2021, and is valued at approximately $3 billion, including the assumption of debt.

The core Faegre Drinker team included corporate partners Mike Stanchfield, Morgan Burns and associate Ryan Woessner.
