FaegreBD Team Advises Underwriters in Red Lion Hotel's $20 Million Public Offering

Faegre Baker Daniels represented the underwriters in Red Lion Hotels’ public offering. The common stock trades on the NYSE under the symbol “RLH.”  

Red Lion Hotels is a growing hospitality company that operates and franchises upscale, midscale and economy hotels. The company is headquartered in Spokane, Wash.

Ben Stacke, a senior associate in FaegreBD’s capital markets practice, led the team along with Morgan Burns, Jonathan Zimmerman, Ryan Woessner and Jonny Nemani. Craig-Hallum Capital Group LLC and B. Riley & Co., LLC acted as joint book-running managers for the offering.
