Overview

Ben Stacke represents issuers, underwriters and investors across SEC-registered and exempted capital markets transactions in both the United States and abroad, including initial public offerings, secondary offerings, debt offerings and tender offers. Ben also advises clients with ongoing disclosure, reporting, corporate governance and NYSE/NASDAQ matters.
Ben has recently advised on more than $8 billion worth of transactions.

Past Experience

Prior to joining Faegre Drinker, Ben worked at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP in New York from 2011 through 2016 and Sidley Austin LLP in New York and London from 2006 through 2011.
