Faegre Drinker assembled a team to research and summarize periodic filing requirements across 45 jurisdictions where the client holds a Certificate of Authority. The firm partnered with the client to develop an online regulatory tracker on SharePoint, accessible by both organizations, and assisted in submitting the necessary filings — including obtaining portal access in several states. The SharePoint tracker is updated regularly to reflect new filings in all relevant jurisdictions.
