Cornish College of the Arts Completes Strategic Transaction in Contribution to Seattle University

Faegre Drinker ​advised Cornish College of Arts, a private arts college in Seattle, Washington, that was founded in 1914, on a transaction whereby its assets were contributed to Seattle University. With the successful transfer of Cornish's campus, name, facilities, equipment, endowments, art and intellectual property, Seattle University has established a new Cornish College of the Arts at Seattle University.
