Winnebago Industries Acquires Barletta Pontoon Boats

Winnebago Industries, a North American outdoor lifestyle products manufacturer, acquired premium pontoon boat manufacturer Barletta Pontoon Boats in a deal involving $255 million in cash plus Winnebago Industries shares. Faegre Drinker represented Winnebago Industries in the transaction. If Barletta achieves performance milestones at the end of calendar year 2021, an additional $15 million in Winnebago Industries shares will be paid and there is an additional possibility of up to $50 million in cash consideration if certain growth objectives are met through calendar years 2022 and 2023.
