iMedia Brands Completes $43.5M Public Offering of Common Stock

The Faegre capital markets team helped long-time client iMedia Brands, Inc. complete a $43.5 million underwritten public offering of its common stock. The Faegre deal team for the offering—consisting of the seasoned veteran, Jon Zimmerman, the consummate professional, Griffin Foster, the wildcard, Clint Maynard, and the rising star, Erin McKevitt—helped navigate a number of moving pieces leading up to a successful closing of the deal. Concurrently during the preparation and launch of the offering, the Company was finalizing its quarterly financial report, negotiating exclusivity agreements with some of its top vendors involving substantial equity issuances, and shortly following the offering the Company made a C-Suite promotion. This is the third public offering iMedia has completed since August 2020, raising a total of $83.8 million.
