Alta Convenience Acquires Get ‘N Go Stores

Alta Convenience acquired Get ‘N Go Stores from Red Horse Oil, a petroleum marketer and convenience store retailer based in Rock Springs, Wyoming. Faegre Drinker represented Alta Convenience in the deal, which involved five stores. Operating 106 stores across Colorado, Kansas, New Mexico and Nebraska, Alta Convenience is a joint venture between Fortress Investment Group LLC and Phillips 66 Co. that markets fuel under several brands, including Exxon, Phillips 66 and Conoco.
