Hoonuit Holdings, a provider of data analytics and data integration solutions via cloud-based and/or on-premises software platforms to K-12 state education departments, was acquired by PowerSchool Group LLC. Faegre Drinker represented Hoonuit in the transaction, which provided a successful exit for Hoonuit’s private equity sponsors and will help PowerSchool expand its education-related offerings.
