A utility trailer and agricultural equipment manufacturer acquired substantially all the assets of an enclosed trailer manufacturer. Faegre Drinker advised on the transaction, which closed on January 31, 2020.
This is the second transaction in recent months for the utility trailer manufacturer, which also completed a stock acquisition in November 2019.
