Infant Car Seat Design Patent Reexamined

Baby Trend, Inc.'s patent on an infant car seat design was challenged by an unknown third party as part of a Reexamination Request over "prior art" to the U.S. Patent Office. Our firm successfully convinced the Patent Office that the modified claims were patentable over the "prior art" and modified the claims of the patent.
