CarVal Fund Invests in Texas Apartment Project

An investment fund managed by CarVal Investors negotiated and entered into a joint venture that made a preferred equity investment of approximately $16 million in a limited liability company developing a multi-family apartment project in Farmers Branch, Texas. Our firm represented the investment fund on the transaction.
