Primo Water Corporation Completes $355M Acquisition of S&D Coffee Holding Co.

Primo Water Corporation (previously known as Cott Corporation) purchased all of the outstanding stock of S&D Coffee Holding Co. and membership interest of Arabica LLC for approximately $355 million on a debt and cash free basis. Our firm represented Primo in the acquisition, which will help the company continue to grow its coffee and tea business.
