Trelleborg Corporation, a leading global supplier of unique customer solutions for polymer-coated fabrics, acquired the shares of Specialty Silicone Fabricators Inc., a manufacturing and engineering provider of high-precision silicone fabricated components, subassemblies and finished devices to medical device original equipment manufacturers. Our firm represented Trelleborg Corporation in the acquisition.
