Winsway Enterprises Limited, a Hong Kong Stock Exchange-listed company with trading operations in the People’s Republic of China and globally, completed a major restructuring through parallel Hong Kong and British Virgin Islands schemes of arrangement and Chapter 15 proceedings. Sue Moore advised the company in the deal, which was shortlisted for Restructuring Deal of the Year at the British Legal Awards and also won Global Restructuring Review’s award for the “Most Important Recognition Decision” in 2017.
