Proaxis Therapy Acquired by National Brand

In June 2015, Proaxis Therapy was acquired by Illinois-based ATI Physical Therapy, the largest physical therapy practice under one brand in the nation. Our firm represented Proaxis in the sale. The addition of Proaxis’ 25 outpatient physical therapy clinics in Colorado and North and South Carolina expands ATI’s national coverage to 16 states.

Proaxis is an internationally known provider of physical therapy, occupational therapy, hand therapy, sports medicine and workers’ compensation services.
