Topgolf International, Inc. opened its newest Midwest location in the City of Fishers, Indiana — the golf entertainment company's first location in the state. Our firm led the zoning, planning and incentives for Topgolf’s 65,000-square-foot venue. This development represents an approximate $18 million investment in the community. The three-story venue is located on approximately 15 acres along 116th Street near Interstate 69.
