Equipment Dealer Wins Jury Verdict Denying Successor Liability Claim

An equipment dealer was sued as a successor by a former employee of a materials handling company whose assets it had purchased. Our firm defended the equipment dealer in a jury trial heard in U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Indiana. The trial resulted in a verdict for the defendant that denied the former employee’s successor liability claim.
