Philadelphia Media Network and Broad Street Publishing Sells to Interstate General Media

Philadelphia Media Network, the owner of the Philadelphia Inquirer, Philadelphia Daily News and philly.com, sold its Broad Street Publishing division. Our firm represented Philadelphia Media in the sale. Following the transaction, our firm represented Philadelphia Media Network in the subsequent sale to Interstate General Media.
