Our firm collaborated with a diverse group of clinical organizations across the country to develop and advance an innovative research model. This model more quickly and efficiently implemented and evaluated care coordination strategies for Medicare beneficiaries. Those found to be effective can be implemented widely. The concept was included/reflected in the Affordable Care Act.
