Client Defends and Resolves Multimillion-Dollar Dispute

On behalf of the client, our firm defended and resolved a factually challenging multimillion-dollar dispute arising from multiple slope failures during the construction of an Alabama town center retail space and apartment complex. The plaintiff brought claims for breach of contract, breach of express and implied warranties, fraud, fraudulent suppression, Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) claims, negligent hiring, training, supervision and retention, negligent misrepresentation and tortious interference with contracts.
