United Agri Products Wins Denial of Motion to Quash Subpoena

United Agri Products, Ltd. (UAP) won denial of the plaintiffs' motion to quash a subpoena issued by UAP, and directed to counsel for the plaintiffs seeking counsel's file prior to the commencement of the purported limitations period because plaintiff had placed the information "at issue" by pleading the applicability of the discovery rule.
