Manufacturing Client Achieves Favorable Outcome in FLSA Class Action

Our firm achieved a favorable settlement of a Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) collective action and state law wage-hour class action against a high tech manufacturing client, involving a putative class of 5,500 employees who claimed that they should have been paid for time spent "donning and doffing" for work.
