City of Fort Wayne Completes Expansion of Grand Wayne Center Convention Facility

The City of Fort Wayne completed a major expansion of the Grand Wayne Center convention facility. Our firm represented the city in the project, and also served as bond counsel for the lease revenue bonds issued to finance the project, utilizing a wide array of revenue sources to secure the repayment of the bonds.
