Auto Manufacturer Achieves Dismissal of Class Action in Texas Court

Our firm served as national coordinating counsel on behalf of an auto manufacturer in putative class actions related to the Takata II seat belt injury claims.

The class action in Texas was ultimately dismissed for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. Everett v. TK-Taito, 178 S.W.3d 844 (Tex. App.--Fort Worth 2005, no pet.).
