Ryan S. Wagner

Prior Experience

Ryan has gained broad experience across both the private and public sectors. As a summer associate with the firm in 2024, he supported attorneys on a range of litigation and transactional matters, conducting legal research and drafting memoranda. He also served as a judicial intern at the Supreme Court of Maryland, assisting Justice Brynja M. Booth with legal research and opinion drafting.

Before law school, Ryan interned at a life sciences company, supporting legal business development by reviewing licensing agreements and managing compliance tracking. Other internships in private equity and asset management provided additional experience analyzing investments and preparing credit materials for investors.

Personal Interests

Outside of the office, Ryan enjoys flying planes, running, and reading.
