Overview

Stacy Prall is professional responsibility counsel to Faegre Drinker. In that capacity, she advises the firm's lawyers in matters relating to conflicts of interest and other ethical and professional issues. For 20 years, before taking on the role of professional responsibility counsel, Stacy represented clients in complex civil litigation primarily in product liability, intellectual property and commercial matters.

Complex Litigation

Stacy has litigated both patent and product liability matters involving medical devices and consumer products. She has experience managing issues that often develop during complex litigation and in mediating and negotiating resolution of complex matters.

Stacy has represented one of the nation's largest medical device manufacturers in product liability matters and has represented clients in more than 30 different federal and state courts across the country and in Canada.
