Overview
Jennifer Lucas provides support on a variety of corporate and transactional matters, including securities compliance and disclosure obligations, mergers and acquisitions, and debt and equity financings. Jenn assists in drafting and reviewing transaction documents, performs due diligence reviews and facilitates deal closing logistics.
Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance (ESG)
Jenn helps corporations navigate the swiftly evolving ESG legal landscape and avoid regulatory pitfalls, so clients can focus on impacting change and shaping the future. Clients seek Jenn for ESG guidance on corporate governance and compliance and reporting matters.
Prior Experience
While in law school, Jenn was a student counselor for the Special Education Advocacy Law Clinic and represented clients in family law matters for the Legal Aid Society of Eastern Virginia Family Law Clinic. She also worked for an international advocacy organization in Geneva, Switzerland, in 2017.
Jenn was a summer associate at the firm in 2018.
