Overview
As a paralegal focused on all aspects of product liability and mass torts, Alyssa LoRusso provides high-quality support to clients and their legal teams. She is well-versed in all areas of civil litigation, and brings strong skills with details, organization, communication, analysis and writing to case teams.
Alyssa handles all parts of discovery including drafting interrogatories, requests for production, answers and responses; issuing subpoenas; and managing document production. She drafts and edits motions, notices and other pleadings, as well as correspondence for clients, opposing counsel, judges, court reporting services and court staff. Alyssa reviews and analyzes medical and financial records of clients and plaintiffs. She also manages docket and scheduling orders for active cases, and participates in fact investigation for new cases.
Personal Interests
Outside the office, Alyssa enjoys kayaking, going to the beach, reading and practicing yoga.
