April Little combines high-stakes litigation experience with a deep, strategic focus on e-discovery. She represents clients in complex commercial disputes, product liability, mass tort litigation, and toxic tort matters.
E-Discovery
April plays an integral part in designing, implementing, and managing strategies for conducting e-discovery efficiently and effectively, leveraging advanced technology — including predictive coding and AI — to optimize the discovery phase. She brings a practical, "client-first" mindset to managing electronic evidence, helping companies minimize cost and disruption. April is passionate about keeping clients ahead of evolving e-discovery obligations and technology trends.
Representative Experience
- Defending manufacturers in high-stakes multidistrict litigations (MDLs).
- Developing customized e-discovery protocols that align with regulatory compliance and litigation goals.
Personal Interests
Outside the office, April enjoys spending time with her two daughters and husband. As a lover of all things green, she is dedicated to filling her home with plants and an herb garden, while still honing her "green thumb" skills, one trial-and-error at a time.
