Tiffany Keys is committed to providing high-quality support to clients and their attorneys in product liability and mass tort matters. Organized and detail-oriented while meeting strict deadlines, she is adept at document review and litigation support, and with summarizing complex legal documents and maintaining records. Tiffany handles sensitive and proprietary information with discretion and confidentiality, and she has been cleared by the Department of Justice to view and use Sensitive Security Information documents.
She reviews medical records and drafts medical chronologies; prepares subpoenas for service; takes in and processes records obtained through subpoenas and discovery requests; and reviews and prepares documents for production. Tiffany drafts pleadings and discovery for filing in state and federal courts; schedules depositions and helps attorneys prepare for them; acts as point-of-contact for expert witnesses; and prepares for and attends trials. She also coordinates mass tort litigations internally and with co-defendants, and creates and maintains tracking charts for mass torts.
Personal Interests
Outside the office, Tiffany enjoys traveling, baking and creating art.
