Overview

Anthony Hernandez counsels clients in litigation and dispute resolution.

Prior Experience

Before joining the firm, Anthony served as a law clerk to Judge Andrew D. Hurwitz of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and Judge Nancy E. Brasel of the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota.

During law school, Anthony participated in Stanford’s Supreme Court Litigation Clinic, where he contributed to the merits briefing in Cummings v. Premier Rehab Keller, P.L.L.C. He also helped draft a brief in opposition to a petition for certiorari by the U.S. Solicitor General in an Immigration and Nationality Act case. In 2024, the Stanford Law Review published his student-authored piece of academic writing ‘Tribal Trademark Law.’

Prior to entering the legal field, Anthony spent eight years as an elementary school teacher in Washington, D.C. and the Twin Cities. His favorite grade to teach was second grade.

Personal Interests

When Anthony isn’t in the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife and toddler. He hopes one day to visit all 63 National Parks.
