Overview
Eric Hawkins helps clients and their legal teams with customs and international trade issues and remedies. He makes recommendations and collaborates with clients on how to address significant US antidumping (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) case-related issues.
International Trade Remedies
Leveraging deep knowledge of AD/CVD methodology and experience at the International Trade Administration, Eric guides clients on highly complex and high-profile investigations and administrative reviews. He interprets and applies US antidumping and countervailing duty laws, precedents, policies, and regulations to draft questionnaire responses, make calculations, and prepare all documents for AD/CVD proceedings.
Clients benefit from Eric's experience with AD/CVD methodology and proceedings, SAS code, business intelligence, advanced statistical analysis, analysis of questionnaire responses, and other case-related issues.
Prior Experience
Eric served six years at the US Department of Commerce's International Trade Administration, where he was a senior international trade analyst, enforcing US trade laws through the implementation of AD/CVD proceedings.
