Overview

Maggie Hagen counsels clients in litigation, trade secret misappropriation and dispute resolution.

Prior Experience

Before joining Faegre Drinker, Maggie worked as an associate at a top Am Law 50 firm, handling matters from pre-litigation investigation through trial, with a focus on complex commercial disputes, government investigations, antitrust multidistrict litigation and product liability class actions. Her experience includes trial preparation, motion practice on issues such as summary judgment and class certification and taking and defending depositions — including 30(b)(6) and expert witnesses. Maggie also drafted pleadings, and managed discovery and all phases of e-discovery in high-stakes litigation.

Prior to law school, Maggie worked for the National Women’s Law Center in Washington, D.C. In this role, she helped administer the TimesUp Legal Defense Fund and engaged in legal advocacy for gender equality in education and the workplace.

Personal Interests

Maggie enjoys baking, watching soccer, and visiting her in-laws in Denmark.
