Her focus is on complex product liability mass tort, multi-district litigation, remands, and direct-file cases in state and federal courts. She has extensive experience in all aspects of litigation, including: pleadings, discovery, medical record collection and review, experts, document collection and production, depositions, mediations, court hearings, and trial. Molly has a well-established career working with litigation teams from the inception of a case through trial and is well-versed in traditional paralegal and litigation support capacities. Her background also includes work in labor and employment, workers' compensation, and personal injury matters.
