Overview
With over 25 years of experience, Micki Gongaware supports medical device litigation matters. Micki is responsible for the oversight and coordination of the firm’s national counsel work for a publicly traded medical device company. Her ability to effectively manage multiple case assignments, combined with her extensive litigation experience, trial preparation and courtroom support, ensures the highest level of client satisfaction.
Micki is involved in developing practice-specific processes, best practices and procedures for effective case management including designing and preparing document holds, document collection proposals, case budgets and negotiating fixed fee arrangements. At Faegre Drinker, Micki has helped to create and implement several client specific training programs and databases.
Past Experience
