Allie Gilchrist

Prior Experience

Prior to joining the firm, Allie gained experience advising on complex health care and transactional matters at international and regional law firms. In those roles, she supported mergers and acquisitions, conducted regulatory due diligence, reviewed and revised transaction documents, and analyzed compliance issues arising under federal and state health care laws. She also researched and drafted memoranda on corporate, health care, tax, and trusts and estates matters, and contributed to client communications and thought leadership initiatives.

Before entering the legal profession, Allie worked in audit and assurance services, where she assisted with risk assessments, evaluated internal controls, participated in client interviews, and supported financial audit engagements. This experience provides her with a strong foundation in business operations, financial analysis, and risk management that informs her approach to serving clients.

Personal Interests

Outside of the office, Allie enjoys staying active, attending sporting events with family and friends, and cheering on the Iowa Hawkeyes.
