Overview
Vincent Giglierano is an experienced professional with more than seven years of experience in researching and analyzing legislative documents, federal and state regulations, health policy, and analysis papers on a wide range of issues. He assists his clients – who range from health care providers and health insurance plans to health service vendors – to navigate state and federal policy issues, respond to new legislative and regulatory developments, and analyze the competitive market landscape and implement competitive strategies to differentiate clients.
Currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Health Economics from Colorado University at Denver while already obtaining a M.S. in Applied Economics from the University of Maryland College Park, Vincent is highly skilled in health service research and has a detailed understanding of health economics and outcomes research, data analysis and econometric methods. Vincent is capable of organizing, analyzing and summarizing large complex datasets to fit a variety of client needs including landscape analysis, and cost-benefit effect analysis and many others.
Prior Experience
Prior to joining Faegre Drinker, Vincent served as a legislative assistant for Rep. Glenn Grothman (R-WI), analyzing policy trends to offer current, practical advice on legislative strategy. With this background, Vincent is able to draw on a broad knowledge of legislation and dual experiences in the public and private sectors to provide clients with the background they need to address federal budgetary, legislative and regulatory challenges.
