Alesha J. Dugger

Prior Experience

Prior to joining the firm, Alesha worked for an Indianapolis law firm where she assisted in drafting legal documents, accountings, estate planning, probate and trust administration. She has over 20 years of experience in the combined areas of Medicaid and VA Aid and Attendance eligibility and application, long term care planning, guardianships, special needs trusts, real estate, eminent domain, utility law, personal injury insurance defense, business and franchisee contract law, probate and estate and trust planning and funding.

Personal Interests

Outside of the firm, Alesha enjoys spending time with her husband, friends and family cooking and playing card games. She enjoys travelling the state as a dance adjudicator for the Indiana High School Dance Team Association and is also a BODi Partner who enjoys fitness and dance.
